The case was judged in the first instance on January 20. In mid-2012, the main criminal Zheng Moumin brought home the mentally retarded Xiao Mo (underage) and forced to have a relationship with him. The infringement caused Xiao Mo to have three children with his father and son. Zheng Mouniu suffered from “schizophrenia” in another case. The court sentenced Zheng Moumin to 15 years imprisonment for rape and sentenced Zheng to a civil compensation of more than 30,000 yuan.
Zhao Liangshan, Xiao Mo ’s attorney, said that Zhumadian Intermediate People ’s Court opened the case for about two and a half hours. During the trial, the defendant Zheng Moumin still pleaded not guilty.
