On the morning of July 8, some depositors who had disclosed the news told Tianmu News that after contacting the Henan Health and Health Commission to register the information, their health code soon turned green.
“At 8 o’clock last night, I suddenly found that the health code turned red. The itinerary card can prove that I have not been to high-risk areas. It may be because I swept the location code of Zhengzhou East Station on June 10.” Judging from the health code and itinerary code displayed by Mr. Li from Liaocheng, Shandong, the itinerary card shows that he has not left Liaocheng, a low-risk area, but the Shandong health code has turned red, and the Yukang code is still green.
The text message below the health code shows that “Henan Province pushed the abnormal information, and the person was less than 14 days from the high-risk area or the nucleic acid negative result after the 14th day was not detected.”
The Tianmu News reporter called the duty room of the Henan Health and Health Commission. The other party said that this situation was caused by the system switch yesterday. The relevant personnel information is currently being registered, and it will be resolved soon after registration.
However, many depositors were puzzled and shocked by the actions of the relevant departments in Henan. “The health code can be changed so freely, isn’t the relevant regulation not very sound?”
There are many depositors in Mr. Li’s situation, including Ms. Yin, a depositor who has never scanned the health code in Henan. “I have never scanned the health code in the Henan area, but the health code has been assigned a red code twice, that is, once in June and this time.” Ms. Yin told Tianmu News.
In mid-June, more than 1,000 village bank depositors were also given red codes.
The Zhengzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision issued a notice on June 22, saying that the five responsible persons of the Zhengzhou New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters Social Management and Control Guidance Department and Zhengzhou Big Data Development Co., Ltd. have weak awareness of the rule of law and rules, and violated the “Henan Province”. Health Code Management Measures for the Prevention and Control of the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control and Health Code Assignment and Transcoding Rules, assigning red codes to those who do not meet the code assignment conditions without authorization, seriously undermines the seriousness of the regulations on the management and use of health codes and causes serious adverse social impacts, it’s a typical mess.
According to the report, at that time, a total of 1,317 village and town bank depositors were assigned red codes, of which 446 were assigned red codes for entering the Zhengzhou site code, and 871 people were not in Zhengzhou but scanning the Zhengzhou site code sent by others.
