According to several Hong Kong media reports, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Linzheng, held a press conference at the government headquarters in the afternoon of February 5.

She said that isolation measures need to be taken for 14 days.

Linzheng also expressed the hope that the measures will take effect in the early morning of February 8, so that citizens can arrange for their return to Hong Kong in the next two days.
