The reporter learned from an interview that the online video of money distribution took place in the Contemporary Qingshuiyuan Community of Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
Residents of the community said that on the 27th, one resident of the community did throw money, the man was suspected of suffering from mental illness, but he did not jump off the building.
